It IS tough. My fiancee has to work a higher paying job than normal so we can make ends meet. He was unable to work for 2years due to an injury, which created a load of debt. Fibro is a stress on everyone involved emotionally and physically. I commend those people that stay with ppl with fibro. 92% of fibro relationships end in divorce. Thats sad. Feel free to ask me anything if you'd like some advice.

It's tough. My girlfriend has been under the fibromyalgia pain for the past 3 years and we are under pressure as a couple as I can't do much more than I already do.

Aww you're welcome. …
Aww you're welcome. I am still busy bustling with some real life stuff, and so I haven't been making videos. I constantly get requests for more fibro videos and I promise, when I get back online with some free time.. I will continue.

Thanks for all …
Thanks for all these vidios on Fibro. Isn't it amazing how you can go through the gambit of doctors, therapy, shrinks and end up in the same place.
Right now I am with you, Meds only when you absolutely have to for pain, and looking for natural cures, and into eating raw vegys, and taking my B comlex. I am going to try the brand you recommended here. Your vidios are very helpful. Thanks for making them.

I agree. I hardly …
I agree. I hardly drink the stuff, maybe once every 2 months ill have a diet drink. However, the artificial sweetner I use is different, I am out of it now so I can't remember what it contains, but it doesn't have that aspartame taste, its not aspartame and it sweetens better than sugar and doesn't cause me a lick of symptoms or pain of any kind.

mesufferer @ 7:37 pm

Aspartame is …
Aspartame is neurotoxic. I used to drink a ton of diet coke before I got sick and now I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. :)

Thank you for the …
Thank you for the video. I struggled for 4 years before someone could point out to FMS as the symptom. Although my thyroid tests were normal, but found that taking Thyadine just 2 drops a day on empty stomach helped. B-COMPLEX are must i use the one that has more folic acid and little of everything else. All this started after doc gave me Gatifloxacin a fluoridated antibiotic, strong dose of fluoride can replaces all the iodine reserves in your body. i also avoid fluoridated water.
Thank you!

Oo good tips! …
Oo good tips! Coffee for me seems to be ok, no crash for me later but then again I don't use sugar and it's not really strong coffee either.

debswildhoney @ 7:37 pm

Great tips. My 2 …
Great tips. My 2 cents: Gentle water exercise, good nutrition and coffee only once in a while to get things done helps but it is just false energy or borrowed energy as I get more fatigued later during the come-down. Warmth seems to help a little bit too. All the best, :O)

ParanoidKitty @ 7:37 pm

Sure do. I was …
Sure do. I was talking more about people cooking the good stuff out of thier foods. Raw or steamed (to the point they are still crunchy) is by far the best to be eating when you have fibro.

lednugenna @ 7:37 pm

raw foods still has …

Hey Chick,

Hey Chick,
Great tips:) I find St Johns Wort is wonderful, (consult Doctor if on Anti-depressants) I do take it with my other med's, doesn't seem to cause any side effects but thats just me. Mother-In-Laws omg they are so overbearing. Really what i think it comes down to is, we are never good enough for their sons, so we are never fully accepted into the family. Great vid's keep going :) *hugs*<—-am i alowed to do that lmao.
