I too came down with FM after I broke my neck three years ago and had a spinal fusion, I never recovered from the pain that accident /surgery caused and suffer from sleeplessness, brain fog and muscle pain. I need to apply for disability too, as I've stopped going to work. This is so hard….

Thanks for your video. I also have FM, which was triggered by stress. I hear what you're saying and it could be me saying the same things. IT's totally been a life changing thing. My pain only started 7 weeks ago, but immediately I knew something was not right. I'm a very healthy person, but I feel like my life has been stolen from me. I have refused all drugs so far and I'm treating it with vitamins, massage therapy, chiropratic care, etc. Stay strong girl!!

I've tried the duragesic (fentanyl) it worked a little bit for a while but i was moved to morphine and vicodin…although i have lost the use of my legs at the moment b/c of insurance issues w the type of morphine i have been off both meds for 2 weeks (the morphine didnt cause the loss of leg use) You have to be proative and assertive in your treatment my neurologist treats my fibro he is awsome.. send me a message

I have some good news…..5HTP, a natural supplement, along with high dose Vitamin D3 (2000 IU daily), along with magnesium, along with SamE (also known as TMG), and lots of guaifenesin (over the counter sold as Mucinex or at Costco as a cold remedy) work wonders. This routine gets rid of pain, and fatigue. Isn't that the worst part??? I have had fibromyalgia probably longer than I can remember, but it seemed to flare about 12 years ago. Let's beat this thing!!!

I have had this 'disease' since 92 - took until 97 to get diagnosed.. The hardest thing about it, besides the unrelenting pain, is the disbelief that some share.. Openly.. I am not nor have ever been lazy, and that hurt the most emotionally.. frankly - I want my life back, I want to work, to exercise like I use to, I want to be able to use my brain again and not 'fog' out.. We, with fibro, are locked in a body we didn't ask for, nor want..

I have found some relief from Lyrica and Tramadol. I might recommend you viewing this protocol called the Guaifenesin protocol that can found on youtube. I am currently trying it now and it is progressing well. I'm in the middle of a flare up now so I'll get back with you. Good luck and good health to you in the furure.

I just viewed your video and I too suffur from fibromyalgia.
It's been about 5 years for me and as with you it totally changed my life. I'm in pain each and every day but may have a reprieved for a day or so every couple of weeks. I also used the pain patch as well as multiple narcotics. They only tempered the pain for a day or so but caused all of the side affects to include drowsiness and of course constipation.
