Threatment for Psoriatic Arthritis?

As far as i know this is thought to be incurable.
Does anyone know of a good treatment to help control this condition.
Osteopathy can't do a great deal to help except improve mobility and help decrease painful symptoms.
I'm interested in looking at all the options including allopathy.

This is a genuine serious question. Any genuine suggestions will be researched and greatly appreciated.

I bought a copy of this almost eleven years ago and I've never seen this fail on any Illness this has been put to work on
This heals Illnesses Western Medicine hasn't a clue about
Of all the known Arthritis I believe there is over sixty This will heal yes heal 90% 8% it will have no effect 2% it will make the condition worse for a short time
It all depends on how much structurall damage there is to the bone
This is a home study course, video cd's and a manual
I was the second person in the UK to purchase this
It was very little known in the West let alone understood It was the same in the States You Google Qigong USA and see how widespread it is now This is all down to this Guy Chunyi Lin

Read the comments of his Patients They are real People I contacted some myself to check it out
Most people can remember what they were doing at the time of 9/11 I was speaking to him He wasn't so well known then and His home phone number was in the phone book
I was so amazed at what this was doing I love this Guy
He has healed so many people and given them back their good health
I can't find the words
Traditionally Qigong was shrouded in mystic He has demystified the whole thing and an average person can learn this within two to three weeks Many often heal within the first one or two sessions
At first this seems to many to simple to do anything This was my belief too but it is one of these things when seeing is believing But then try and explain to others
I need to add this though Like everything else there are going to be sharks about and you do need to take care
There are only two Qigong Masters in the States I would recommend This one and another called Michael Tse [pronounced Shay] There may be others I am unaware of but these two I know through personal experience
It is my hope whoever you are doing this for quickly regains Their Good Health

There is probably some complex alt med technique I have never heard of, or a way to do it with tai chi and chi gung, but at this point in time, there's only one thing I know of which will do the trick, DMSO!

I've been reading about that chemicals magical properties for ages, so I finally got some to start trying out. One person had surgery on her shoulder and couldn't raise her arm more than 70 degrees, after one dmso application it was up to 160 in less than 15 minutes (and she had previously spent 6 months working with a PT…this happened yesterday), hence I'm inclined to believe most of what I've read it true.

One of the things DMSO works best for is inflammation, and arthititis (ie psoriatic). Hence I'd wager that's your best option. Sometimes it has to be injected intravenously (other times it can go on topically) and it's critical to use a good version of it stored in a glass container, applied to clean skin surfaces. That said if you can clear the basic hurdles, it's really just fucking amazing.
(there's a book on amazon called DMSO, nature's healer).

Additionally, given how the condition works, a diet which goes off processed foods, and switches to as much fresh produce as possible will probably go a long way towards improving the condition.

When I was diagnosed with this last year, the specialist said the only real cure was to go and live on a tropical island. He said that like any psoriasis, high levels of UV sunlight and sea water make it go away. (Certainly mine goes away then - but a bit impractical for life, maybe.)
Made me think that Vit D deficiency might be involved.
Also, like psoriasis, stress is a huge factor - anything you can do to reduce it (exercise, meditation, laughter, forgiveness - whatever works for you) will help.
What has been helping me over the last few months is Serrapeptase. It's almost entirely stopped the symptoms for me, even though I haven't had a tropical holiday for ages. :-)

You need to help your body to build up your immune system.The breathing exercises - pranayam is a holistic approach creating extra oxygen supply in the body and will slowly help with the health problem.Do the pranayam to see the benefits.Build up your timing slowly and after two weeks at the suggested duration you will start to notice benefits.

Bhastrika - Take a long deep breath into the lungs(chest not tummy) via the nose and then completely breathe out through the nose.Duration upto 5 minutes.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Anulom Vilom - Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril

This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
